Balinese Massage

Full Body - 60 minutes

In  Balinese massage we uses a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure and aromatherapy oils to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and "qi" (energy) around your body, and bring deep relaxation and wellness. An ancient technique, we uses a variety of techniques including skin rolling, kneading and stroking, acupressure and reflexology; essential oils will relax and soothe you. Balinese massage is believed to relieve sleep disorder, muscle pains and sport injuries.

Full Body scrub (Luluran )

Full Body, 1.20 Hours

 

enjoy a traditional for one hour with  oil than followed by a turmeric/Javanese lulur scrub to exfoliate your skin. Yoghurt is gently applied to the skin. Finally immerse yourself in a shower bath.

Foot Massage

Feet and lower legs - 60 minutes

Our feet are constantly asked to perform by “talking” to us where we wish to go in the shoes we choose to wear! Everyone experiences the "tired feet syndrome", particularly travelers.

This rejuvenating treatment begins with a soak in warm flowered water, and it is followed by an extensive lower leg massage.

In our therapists gently cleanness, steam and exfoliate your skin; manual extraction follows if it is needed. The therapist will incorporate soothing and uplifting face, neck and shoulder massages. As you relax under the mask of your choice, you will also enjoy an arm massage.

Finally, a bio-seaweed moisturizer is applied after toner to aid skin repair and maintain moisture levels. All our facials encourage the restoration of youthful vitality and natural radiance.

Hair Crème Bath

A vital treat for your hair and scalp that also lifts the spirit!

Your scalp is massaged with a rich avocado cream to stimulate circulation and release tension. Steaming follows to hydrate and preserve suppleness. Your therapist slowly massages your shoulders and upper arms before finally applying natural hair tonic, washing and towel/blow-drying.
